That ending part caught me off guard. It came out of nowhere, but somehow, it fit perfectly. Lol. That was such a great save. Anyway, this was still a critical episode. The pacing was fast but just right, and the character highlights were portrayed really well.

This is just getting more hectic as the fight continues. I love how it’s progressing so far, keeping me on the edge of my seat and anxiously anticipating what’s going to happen next. The pacing was perfect, and I could really feel the pressure of the situation.

I’ve never mentioned this before, but Shigaraki’s mutation was kinda creepy, and honestly, it made him an even better villain. He really has that terrifying aura, which makes him such a good antagonist. This episode really proved that—the hectic, tense, and anxious atmosphere was portrayed so well.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 12 of 21, this lands right past the season's midpoint and deepens the fallout from 'Light Fades to Rain,' where the heroes suffered significant setbacks that reframed the stakes. It functions as a critical bridge episode, sustaining the desperation of the current conflict while laying the groundwork for 'A Chain of Events, Across the Ages,' which promises pivotal confrontations that could shift the war's trajectory.
