Dabi, whose real name is Toya Todoroki, is a complex and deeply troubled character driven by a burning desire for revenge against his father, Endeavor. As a child, Toya was energetic and ambitious, striving to surpass All Might and gain his father's approval. However, years of neglect and the limitations of his Quirk led to a devastating mental breakdown, transforming him into the nihilistic and pyromaniacal villain known as Dabi. He is outwardly stoic, aloof, and sadistic, finding pleasure in inflicting pain and undermining the hero society he believes to be inherently flawed. Despite his outwardly cruel demeanor, glimpses of his past self and lingering emotions occasionally surface. He shows moments of remorse, though these are overshadowed by his overwhelming hatred and desire for retribution. His actions are often calculated and strategic, showcasing a sharp intellect and understanding of his opponents' weaknesses. However, his ultimate goal is self-destruction, believing that taking down his father and everything he represents is the only way to find a twisted form of peace.
