Studio Bones really did well with this anime-original episode. It was surprisingly good—though I was a bit surprised when it suddenly turned into a true crime mystery, lol. Still, I loved the premise.

I didn’t expect to love this since it’s technically a filler, but I did! It was hilarious and entertaining. It serves as a prologue for the movie, but I really liked its individual storyline.
