Episode Context

As the first episode of 25, this premiere serves as a critical bridge between Season 1's villain attack climax and Season 2's defining event: the U.A. Sports Festival. It reestablishes the emotional stakes for the ensemble cast, particularly Ochako's personal drive, before the competition-heavy episodes ahead. Everything here is setup, character motivation, class dynamics, and rising anticipation, laying groundwork that the season will cash in on quickly.
