The episode was kind of refreshing to see in a different setting and mood. The couple's Hatsumode was heartwarming and interesting to watch. The visuals were vibrant and the animation was also lively. The plot's thickening as the unsettling vibes were also present. The cliffhanger was definitely brewing something.

Things are getting really mysterious, and it keeps you on edge. Not knowing what’s coming next adds even more tension. I just hope it’s not someone close to them, but for now, we can only guess.

it felt so refreshing to go back to the more layback wholesome slice of life moments even if for a portion of the episode. It's great to observe their relationship progress, but Miyo continues to stay rather neutral and shy. Arata seems definitely suspicious.

Episode Context

Sitting at the halfway mark of the season, episode 7 arrives directly after the confrontation with Naoshi Usui, giving Miyo and Kiyoka a much-needed moment of calm before the storm. The episode functions as a narrative pivot, closing one chapter of tension while quietly seeding the Gifted Communion's role as a growing threat. Expect the episodes that follow to escalate significantly off what this one introduces beneath its serene surface.
