It's good that they also do the no OP strategy for this season since it gives us more story for the episode👍. Soldat calling out Rudeus on his half-assed way of doing things is what Rudeus needs, It does looks harsh but it's his way of showing his kindness to him. I noticed that the art got odd when an object is far away and it isn't stationary, but it is only showed a few times in this episode so there's no problem with that.
