Synopsis
During their stay in the capital of Milishion, the adventurers of Dead End decide to split up for a day to run their errands. While Rudeus Greyrat has his plans derailed by a troublesome scene, the party's swordswoman, Eris Boreas Greyrat, finds herself with nothing to do. Deciding to embark on an adventure to slay goblins, Eris crosses paths with a cocky but talented mage named Cliff Grimoire. Though Eris refuses his company, Cliff stubbornly ignores her wishes and dares her to explore the perilous forest surrounding the city. Accepting his challenge, Eris ventures into the forest with the mage, where the two encounter something far more repulsive than mere goblins. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

mjmateo000★★★★☆EP 1The first few moments of the intro is unique on itself. Not only did it show such beautiful visuals but underneath the colorful background shows a different, darker story. The animation is phenomenal as expected, visually consistent with season 1. The story itself is normal as it follow Eris' side story making her character more dynamic rather than being a one-sided. You will enjoy this episode as much as you enjoyed the other earlier episodes of MT.
haikal17198★★★★★EP 1This is a solid isekai intro. The slow start gives space to understand the genre’s vibe before shifting into action. The fight scenes are satisfying even if brief, and a touch of romance keeps the episode well balanced from start to finish.

Personally, this first episode might be the best introduction to an isekai yet. It perfectly balances the darkness and gritty reality of the protagonist's past life. I think this show has the potential to compete with the very best in the genre.
