When it comes to problems with Mushi, Ginko is there to solve it. This case was both heart warming and tragic at the same time. To think that something so scary could reside within you, and affect others around it.. The ending leaves you pondering.

Ginko looks a mess in this episode. It's true that the mushi in this episode are quite difficult, but I feel sorry for the mushi host.
