Mushi-Shi Episode 11: The Sleeping Mountain

Yet another episode has taken us to another kind of world. I kind of like this episode, even though the pacing was really slow. It created a good story of sacrificing oneself for the benefit of others.

Another great episode. Almost similar to the previous one. Was nice to see a bit of lore dropped and potential hints as to how other Mushishi handle things. The story of the mountain was one of intrigue, and an easy detail to miss if you are not paying attention.

For some reason, the pacing of this story felt slow, making it a bit boring. But I was surprised by the visual of the mountain at the end.
