This episode focuses on a young lady named Teru; she is possessed by a water leech mushi that sucks away all the natural moisture from her own body, leaving her unable to sweat or shed tears. The episode shows a heartbreaking look at sacrifice and silent grief of Teru a woman who literally cannot cry for those she loves
