The first story takes place on a beach and stands out as a solid adaptation, as it effectively condenses two manga chapters into a single episode segment. For the second story adaptation, the studio omitted the context that Lala also wears clothes that were not produced by Peke. Aside from that, it is a solid adaptation with very few changes from the manga. The third story is also a solid adaptation, with very few changes from the manga. However, there is one particular scene where Lala's voice acting made my skin crawl due to how awful it sounded. I don't know if that was intentional or not but it was very bad.
