If the singer in the OP sounds familiar, that's because she also performed the first and second OP for Season 1 of Hayate no Gotoku! Before jumping into this episode, make sure you've watched all six OVA episodes. With that out of the way, there is clearly an improvement to the animation in comparison to the previous season and the selected stories that this episode adapted was pretty good although there have been some big changes from the original source.
