Mistress Toragai was really having a business meeting with all the Sea monsters to get up to speed on the lore at the start (T _ T). Was fun to see the spotlight on her as one of my favourites. Pacing is a little slow, but decent watch.

An entertaining episode, one that successfully balances mystery, creativity, and wit. The mini-adventure of Torogai made for a nice touch, while the series continues to find unique ways to establish its bizarre yet realistic universe.

I feel like this episode was kind of slow. You can’t skip it since it has important revelations, but for me it was mid, slow and a bit boring. I was also saddened by what Toragai did to her pet rabbit. It was cute in the latter part, though, because it was sulking. Haha.
