I literally couldn’t stop either grinning or laughing out loud throughout this episode😭🫶🏻 it’s just so good!! Another favorite episode for sure🔥 the comedy and absent minded humor in this one was absolutely top notch. Starting from the whole basketball plot and bringing back Seo into the story and the second half of the episode, where basically everyone is a certified idiot😭 highly recommend this episode, it’s just so peak✨

Seo and ‘Waka’ are the stars of this episode; their scene is really funny – their consistent sense of humour cracks me up

Another new character gets introduced, Wakamatsu. His dynamic with Seo is super complicated but in a funny way. The story shifts to a more chill vibe but still stays interesting. Even though it’s simple, the animation, comedy, and character dynamics are really great.

Episode Context

Sitting at the season's midpoint, Episode 6 pivots from Episode 5's focus on Nozaki's editor and neighbor dynamics to introduce Wakamatsu and his volatile connection with Seo, rounding out the core ensemble. This addition deepens the show's web of mismatched relationships and comedic pairings. The groundwork laid here feeds directly into Episode 7's exploration of how Nozaki's real-life observations of these very dynamics fuel his manga.
