Synopsis
Set in Germany, "Monster" follows Dr. Kenzo Tenma, a celebrated Japanese brain surgeon. His life takes a dramatic turn when he chooses to save a young boy's life over a prominent figure, defying hospital protocol. Soon after, a series of inexplicable murders plague the city, and Tenma becomes the prime suspect. Questioning his own actions and the value of life, he realizes the boy he saved may be connected to the crimes. Driven by a sense of responsibility and a need for redemption, Tenma forsakes his career and embarks on a perilous journey across the country.
