The dynamic between Nadeko and Ononoki carries the episode, and Nadeko finally starting to embrace her past mistakes gives her character so much depth. Another solid episode.
I was cheering so hard for Yotsugi in this episode! :)) Even though her doll body is still heavily damaged and she’s rocking a literal hand made out of drawing paper... she stepped up as a total human shield to protect Nadeko... This episode was a breathtaking and got the action-heavy emotional masterpiece.
The tension finally felt much more real here. I liked how the episode balanced its action with the emotional moments, making everything hit harder. The pacing was great, and it handled its biggest moments really well. Definitely one of the strongest episodes of the season so far.
