The pace of the fight was so perfect, I couldn't even blink watching it. Eventually, Amuro reached his limit, and I wondered if he could stand up again against Zeon. Considering White Base wasn't completely safe from enemy pursuit,I felt like Amuro was carrying a very heavy burden

Episode Context

Picking up directly from the White Base's atmospheric re-entry in Episode 5, this episode marks the crew's first real engagement with Zeon forces on Earth, introducing Garma Zabi as a significant antagonist and deepening Char's role beyond a pursuing ace pilot. Sitting early in a 43-episode run, Episode 6 establishes the terrestrial theater of war and the character dynamics, particularly the Garma-Char relationship, that will fuel the conflicts across the next several episodes. It's a critical setup chapter that transitions the series from its initial survival-escape arc into a more politically layered ground campaign.
