This episode focuses more on the dialogue between Char and Sayla. The dialogue between them will be easier to understand if you've watched Gundam: The Origin before, as it showcases Char and Sayla's family dynamics. Since there aren't many battles, the pace is a bit slow. And finally, there's a discussion about Newtypes.
