It's okay to skip the narration at the start, it's just a small recap and there isn't any small information added in it. The globe incident is mentioned in this episode but it's only the story regarding Zinnerman. Just like what I said on the previous episode, Zinnerman cooked and not only it helped Banagher it also somewhat helped him.
