I find this episode to be a bit forceful like its designed to make ZAFT like the good guys, Shinn gets his "heroes welcome" but does that make you feel bad for him? over goat kira? mmmmm

Episode Context

Landing at the midpoint of the series, this episode is the direct payoff to the planning established in PHASE-17, when the Minerva docked at Mahamul base and laid the groundwork for the Lohengrin Gate operation. It marks a meaningful escalation in the Earth Alliance confrontation, demonstrating the crew's combat effectiveness in high-stakes conditions. The outcome here shapes the strategic balance heading into the back half of the season.
