Episode Context

Coming off Domon's clash with Neo Russia's fighter in episode 5, episode 6 deliberately pumps the brakes on new opponents to establish the emotional and narrative foundation for the long road ahead. This early-season pivot deepens the personal stakes driving Domon beyond the Gundam Fight itself. It's a crucial setup episode, the backstory and character complexity introduced here will fuel confrontations and character dynamics across the remaining 43 episodes.
