EPISODE REVIEWS
This episode turns into a pure pitching battle, and it’s honestly hard to look away. The tiny mistakes, close calls, and growing pressure make the entire game feel incredibly realistic and tense.
We finally get the backstory and character depth needed to understand the lingering weight of the Meisei legacy, especially with the tournament pressure peaking. Even if the training ground routines felt a bit mid and the pacing dragged in the heat, the brotherhood dynamic between Touma and Souichirou is fire.
I really like the commentator. It hyped up the situation and made it more exciting. Something happened that was unexpected. I also didn't expect it. Some visualization is unnecessary and totally off the anime. I burst out laughing to Mayumi and Nagisa.
