The exhaustion from consecutive games finally starts catching up to Meisei. This episode captures the physical and mental pressure of tournament baseball incredibly well without needing over-the-top drama.

the pitching dynamics are fire. It’s a total strategy info dump, but lowkey necessary for the tournament plot. Touma and Souichirou are really carrying the weight of the past now, and the tension is hitting perfectly.)

We are now entering the Tournament's Preliminary. I just don't like how they just brush off the other matches and just show us a glimpse of what happened. It's a slow-paced episode with a calming background music choice. They didn't see that coming. We are getting to the best part of the anime.
