Seeing Hatchin finally make a friend of her own age was sweet. The circus vibes were nice, and the emo beats hit way harder than expected. A standout character episode. :)

The pacing for this ep was slow, now that Michiko and Hatchin both went on separate ways. The tone was melacholic and focused mainly on Hatchin's lonesome journey and new encounters. The animation, particularly in Rita and Gino's performance, was smooth; visuals were cinematic.

This episode was to focus more on friendship... I really liked it actually... liked how you get to see Hatchin bond with someone other than Michiko. The part... where she thought Hatchin was a boy was hilarious
