Finally, it's Kanata's turn to fight for a favorable starting position in this preliminary round. I thought I'd get a satisfying conclusion to season 1, but the way it ended was quite a surprise. But that's okay, I still enjoyed the story presented in this episode. Kanata has developed a lot, but only in terms of his car, while his character itself hasn't developed significantly.
