Synopsis
Several astronomy club girls and their teacher head out to a high-altitude training camp, which sounds innocent enough until their car gets a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. A friendly local villager offers to help and invites them back to his village, and that's where things take a sharp turn. Turns out this remote village has a deeply unsettling tradition involving outsiders, specifically women, and the group slowly starts to pick up on the fact that something is very, very wrong. This is a 2-episode OVA from 2025, adapted from Shinogi Eisuke's eromanga and produced by Blue Bread. The setup leans hard into a suspenseful, foreboding atmosphere: think isolated location, no way out, and locals who are way too eager to be hospitable. I dunno whaht to say, was uncomfortngly feeling real, I felt so bad for the girls, and the teacher, and the ending made me cry, felt so bad for that one girl. One thing that made me keep watchig, I was hhoping those guys got what they deserved, like they killed thhem in self defence. Im glad there was only 2 episodes, i mean the 2nd one made me lterally cringe and look away, it was that unsettling.
My skin was crawling when they first entered the village because it felt like a trap and the teacher actually sacrificing her own students in that hall was a brutal twist. I did not think she would turn on them so fast but the torture scenes really show how much she was losing her mind and now the girls are just stuck.
Starting with a simple astronomy club trip made the car breaking down and that teacher getting her clothes torn in the hall feel so much more brutal
I felt so bad for the teacher when she was dragged into that hall and her completely breaking and selling out her students just to make the pain stop was genuinely chilling
Everything goes wrong the second that tire pops and the transition from the astronomy club trip to a total horror show in the village hall is incredibly fast and mean
those girls being reduced to human slaves at the end felt so bleak and the pacing made it feel very fast
Dark thriller energy from the start and that flat tire was a trap you could see coming a mile away but the way the villagers just swarm the group is actually creepy
it was a grim way to end things with the students bound in the storehouse after the teacher betrayed them
the teacher trying to be a hero only to sell out her own students was a nasty twist, and the way they broke her spirit was hard to watch.
The transition from a helpful villager rescue to that insane hall scene where the teacher gets tortured was handled with a lot of tension, and it made the whole village feel dangerous. It's messed up how she offered up the astronomy club girls just to save herself, and the way the episode leaves them tied up in the storehouse is dark.
it started like a normal camping trip but turned into a total nightmare once the tire blew out and the village trap closed in
i found the whole village tradition thing super disturbing and seeing the students get treated like objects in the storehouse was a lot to take in
villagers pretending to be nice and then trapping everyone in that storehouse was so creepy to see and everything went wrong once they got there
my stomach turned when the teacher walked into that hall and saw all those men waiting for her and the animation actually made it look pretty terrifying
I hate how fast the teacher gave up her students after she got caught in that hall and it was brutal seeing her break like that
it really nailed the dark tone they were going for when those girls got tied up and broken at the end
The voice acting for Hikaru is perfect and he sounds exactly how he should after reading the manga
I was so confused when Tanaka showed up since he is not supposed to be in the story yet and it feels like they are rushing everything
Seeing helicopters show up when you thought it was just a regular old village in the mountains was such a cool twist
