Mesu Kyoushi: Injoku no Kyoushitsu

Toudou Miyuki and Sanada Eiji — two teachers in a committed relationship — share a simple agreement: wait until marriage. It's a grounded, intimate setup — two people trying to do things right. Then Eiji's step-brother Takuya shows up, and everything falls apart in the worst way possible. Miyuki is assaulted, and from there the story shifts into darker territory as Takuya turns his attention toward other women at the school. It's heavy, and it doesn't pretend otherwise. The tone throughout is serious and tense rather than gratuitous for its own sake, which is what separates it from a lot of content in this space. The character dynamics carry real weight — there's genuine psychological pressure built around trust, betrayal, and what happens to people after something irreversible occurs. Being adapted from a Bishop visual novel gives it a more structured narrative backbone than you'd typically expect from a 3-episode OVA. The animation quality from Anime Antenna Iinkai holds up well for its 2009 production year.
