EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Kaito's return in the previous episode, this chapter immediately confronts the emotional fallout of his memory loss and its toll on Lucia. At episode 6 of 39, the season is still establishing its central dramatic tension, and this episode plants the seeds for the long road ahead. The introduction of Nagisa Shirai also signals that new character dynamics are beginning to take shape around Hanon, expanding the romantic landscape beyond Lucia's arc.
