Episode Context

Following Shougo's discovery of the Garland motorcycle and his unwilling entanglement with military forces in Part 1, this episode deepens the fallout from those events and expands the scope of what the concealed society truly means. It occupies the critical middle ground of this four-part OVA series, escalating stakes and layering narrative complexity that will feed directly into Part 3, 'Some Secrets Never Die.' Think of it as the turn where surface-level rebellion starts confronting something much larger and more systemic.
