Isekai-kun begins the tale of his previous life, reincarnated as the Tomato Hero. His first task was to form a party, which involved transforming an old farmer into the formidable Onion Warrior. Megami-sama watches this absurd origin story, her disbelief evident as the Onion Warrior proclaims his origins from Awaji, a place known for its onions. Isekai-kun presses on, oblivious to her logical critiques of his vegetable-themed logic.

The Tomato Hero's party grows, notably with an Eggplant Knight, although Isekai-kun admits he ate half of him. Their most terrifying foe appears: a human Cook, chasing them across a kitchen counter with a frying pan. The Cook shouts, "Boil you! Grill you! I'll finish you!" as the vegetable heroes flee. A montage swiftly depicts the tragic ends of other vegetable allies, highlighting the grim reality of their existence in a human world.

The remaining heroes finally reach the Demon King's castle, accompanied by the Evil Dragon Baharmetia. Isekai-kun reveals their stats, with Tomato Hero at Lv 872 and the Onion Warrior at Lv 98. Bafflingly, the massive Evil Dragon Baharmetia is the weakest member at Lv 72. Megami-sama questions this odd power scaling, but Isekai-kun confidently leads them toward the final confrontation.

Inside the throne room, they find Demon King Potato-kun, a former friend of the Tomato Hero. The battle is marked by a series of emotional sacrifices, with the Tofu Martial Artist shattering and the Onion Warrior using a poignant puppet show to move the Demon King to tears. The Tomato Hero seizes the moment, delivering a decisive blow. After the war, the Tomato Hero returns to the earth, ensuring new heroes, which explains why Isekai-kun brought no tomatoes as a souvenir.

Back in the hub world, Megami-sama still pursues Isekai-kun, her glowing eyes signaling her persistent 'loneliness fit.' He distracts her with tea, noting her alarming pain tolerance, which only makes her more tenacious. Desperate to escape her overwhelming affection, Isekai-kun demands immediate reincarnation. He approaches the Gacha machine, hoping for a form that will finally offer him sanctuary.

Isekai-kun is reincarnated as a 20-yen padlock, adorning a legendary treasure chest in a holy temple. Inside, he discovers the sealed Demon King Spacious, trapped by the gods for minor offenses like eating ice cream. Maintaining his sentience, Isekai-kun begins a campaign of torment, pouring lemon juice and oil into the keyhole. He enjoys the Demon King's pained cries, embracing his new role as a petty torturer.

An ancient God, resembling the old man from previous sketches, arrives to open the treasure chest with a golden key. The priests watch in reverence, but as the God inserts the key, Isekai-kun's mixture of oil and lemon juice triggers a massive explosion. The holy temple is decimated, and the God is left charred and defeated. In the chaos, the chest transforms into a giant Hero Robot, while Spacious is neutralized by the chemical reaction, ending Isekai-kun's life as a lock in spectacular destruction.

The episode concludes with Megami-sama casually reading, as Isekai-kun dances sillily in the background. A post-credit scene reveals a much more powerful version of Sea Demon King Spacious, now chastised by a superior deity. Megami-sama ignores a call from 'God 1' with a smirk, eating a snack. She anticipates Isekai-kun's next ridiculous adventure, hinting at the endless cycle of his peculiar reincarnations.
