Medical Humiliation
Oshimeter
Synopsis
A secluded hospital is about the last place you'd expect a revenge plot to unfold, but that's exactly what Ryuki has in mind when he checks in — and it has nothing to do with getting better. Posing as a patient, he's actually there to get close to the hospital director, Himiko, who he blames for destroying his family. What he doesn't expect is the staff themselves, because this particular hospital is staffed entirely by women with very specific, very unusual appetites. Head nurse Rumi has her own thing going on with the other nurses. Nurse Nozomi basically can't function without sex. The rest of the staff aren't exactly conventional either. Ryuki's revenge mission gets complicated fast. Ijoku is a 2-episode OVA from 2006, adapted from a visual novel by Y.O.U.C, and it leans hard into the psychological side of its premise. There's a revenge plot underneath everything — manipulation, power plays, someone using intimacy as a weapon — and the medical setting gives it a cold, sterile atmosphere that actually works in its favor. Don't go in expecting warmth. If you've seen Night Shift Nurses and want something with a bit more narrative framing around the darker content, Ijoku scratches that itch. Fans of Bible Black or Discipline: Record of a Crusade who appreciate when hentai bothers to have a protagonist with actual motivation will probably find this more engaging than the average entry in the genre. It's short, it's bleak in tone, and it commits to its setup.
