Episode Context

Coming off Team Kenya's controversial victory in 'A Date with Destiny,' this episode directly processes the unease that result left behind, shifting the focus inward as the World Robattle Cup finals loom. At episode 48 of 52, the season is in its final approach, and 'Calm Before the Storm' functions as essential connective tissue, grounding characters emotionally before the climactic battles begin. Skip it and the finale may land with less weight than it deserves.
