Episode Context

As the first of only two OVA episodes, 'Bold & Wonderful Challenger' carries the full weight of introduction, establishing Maze, Mill, and the fantastical world they inhabit from the ground up. There is no prior episode to build on, so everything here is foundational. It feeds directly into the concluding episode, 'Bold & Radical Adventure,' making these two entries function essentially as a single self-contained story split across two parts.
