However, the details in several scenes felt a bit lacking, implying it was rushed to a conclusion and leaving me hanging on certain aspects.

Following the previous cliffhanger, this episode highlights the story's emotional weight, especially within the family dynamic, effectively evoking profound sentiment. In fact, the vibe of this episode already feels quite like a finale to me, even though several elements still need to be unraveled to further boost the narrative's direction.

As usual, it was way too brief despite the intense momentum of this episode, but it was just so short that you get easily carried away by the thrill due to the epic background music. Fortunately, it was well redeemed by the depth of the story's current substance, along with all those abrupt revelations, plus the ending led to a cliffhanger. Even if it was somewhat predictable, it at least managed to hook me given the situation.

It seems like the narrative of this episode is now starting to pivot toward its profound, substantial core. Furthermore, the delivery of the subtle emotions regarding family was actually quite good. In addition, to be honest, the episode was well redeemed by the smooth animation and the entry of the background music was truly spot on, making it wonderful to listen to while watching that scene.

This anime was way better than I thought. It's not all that unique but it makes up for in well rounded characters and world building. Each of the girls developed even if Matoi was the main character! This story does a good job with how little time they had! [7.32/10]

Honestly, I'm impressed. I did not clock that Dad was in on it and their was someone who 'betrayed them'. In general, this episode was well thought out. It really gives finale vibes.

This felt like a filler episode even though we got slight intro into a new villain. There is some lore into what's up with Shiori but it's not definitive. I'm tired of these annoying villains.

I love when there is expansion of a world where others are fighting similar battles as our protagonists! The lore drops for Shiori are great as they explain Yayoi's abilities and brings her closer to her dad!

For a show that allows 13+ age rating, it has quite a bit of risque content. I love a good beach episode but Pochi's existence is ruining it for me, like why is this man blushing over minors. Though, the mother lore is deepening!

Okay, we got new transformations and family bonding! I love Yumachin's dramatic outfits and gods its so cute! Also, I love that Shingo is being more open to his daughter.

Yesss! Yuma development! The higher beings she's got is sooooo cute. I'm excited to see her abilities when she beings battling!

Finally! Someone is actually taking the time to teach Matoi about her abilities and what's attacking her. We got background into the other dimensions and Clarus' backstory. Excited to see what's next.

The story pacing now feels quite fast as the progression is already so predictable despite having a fair amount of dialogue. Because of this, you will tend to forget those details over time as they are easily replaced by somewhat engaging moments, andleaving you with only certain specific scenes to remember.

Adding intriguing scenes at the start was really good to build up curiosity regarding the plot progression. However, the trajectory of the storyline has become quite predictable, as I noted from the very beginning that the story is typical. The pacing is fine now, but instead of becoming progressively deeper, the narrative feels a bit too simple. But who knows! Maybe the next episode will offer some glimpses of turning events. Plus, the episode relied a bit too much on fan service.
