Episode Context

Episode 24 arrives right after Episode 23's landmark moment, 'Come forth! Absolutely Invincible Union!!', which marked a major escalation in the Earth Defense Class's fighting capabilities. Rather than sustaining that intensity, this episode deliberately shifts gears, offering a comedic palette cleanser before Episode 25, 'Getting the Scoop!!', steers the series back toward more plot-driven territory. Sitting at the midpoint of the 51-episode run, it reflects Raijin-Oh's confidence in balancing lighthearted filler-adjacent episodes with its broader serialized stakes.
