This single episode defined the entire series. At least we got some progress here, it feels like this the 1st time the story moved along. This could end the whole season of the anime.

Bien podría ser este el episodio final, pues ya quedó todo resuelto, ganadores y perdedores. Al final se decidieron por esta ruta, distinta a la que se tomó iniciando el anime, si bien el cambio no fue brusco, si se sintió raro, pues una de las chicas hasta casi la mitad del anime era la mas cercana y decidida a estar con Uryuu y sin razón alguna su desarrollo se desechó, dejandola como un personaje de apoyo solamente.

It's nice that we get to see beyond the confession, to see the fruits of their labour. On the other hand, having all the rejects hang out with each other on Christmas is quite the way to rub it in. I don't think this is the closure they wanted but again, it is what it is. With only one more episode to go, there SHOULD (and I hope) be a better closure than whatever we witnessed.
