A flashback episode set before the events of the series. We're finally getting more pieces of the puzzle and a better understanding of what's really going on. A character I wasn't sure was good or bad revealed another side, making the story even more interesting.
Instead of showing the disaster's aftermath, we get a flashback episode. It's a bold move, but it fleshes out Misaki and Defrott’s friendship beautifully. Seeing them nerd out over theater acting makes the early tragedy hit way harder. A really solid character study
From start to finish, it focuses on Misaki’s flashback. There’s a light moment before it shifts to a tragedy or heartbreaking moment at the end. Watch it if you want to know Misaki’s past story. Skip it if you want to focus on the main storyline only and avoid unnecessary flashbacks.
