Episode Context

Just five episodes in, MÄR is transitioning out of its introductory phase. Ginta has his ARM, Babbo is secured, and now the actual stakes of the world come into focus. This episode plants the seeds of the Chess Pieces conflict that will drive the entire series, positioning Alviss as a crucial connective thread between Ginta's destiny and MÄR Heaven's troubled past. What follows will build directly on the threat established here.
