Episode Context

Just past the first tenth of a 102-episode run, this episode arrives directly after Nanashi's introduction and wastes no time putting his character to the test. It deepens the team's collective identity and their opposition to the Chess Pieces, establishing stakes that will carry into future confrontations. Consider it a key early chapter in building the group's resolve and credibility as a fighting force.
