The pacing for this episode was slowed down. The tone was kind of disappointing as the intensity of the match kind of died down at the middle of the ep. Hence, the music intensifies the energy of the characters, as well as the mind-blowing strategies by Komori. The animation quality as well as the artwork are definitely notably great in the match.

that mid-match slowdown kinda got me too, the energy just dipped right when i wanted more. but yeah komori's strategies and that music carrying the characters totally made up for it.
