This was by far my least favorite of this season. Another bad decision from Goro as he's being selfish and not taking the easy way around. Toshiya's perspective was somehow sentimental in this ep and makes sense. But in how it turned into this plot, the tone was totally wild and disappointing. The batting animation of Masato was superb and smooth!

this episode carries an inspiring and determined atmosphere as personal resolve takes center stage. Pacing feels steady and meaningful, animation supports the emotional and baseball moments well and the music adds motivation. Expect self-reliance, growth and hard-earned progress

imo toshi is one character that is beginning to grow on me due to his intelligence, capabilities, and friendship. Initially, I was expecting the hype to revolve around the game, but the truth is that the interaction between Toshi and Goro completely overshadows it and makes the plot much more exciting.
