Respect for Honoko. I love that this episode get a chance to explore Misaki's coworker more. Honoka especially has a very professional perspective and honest, but never lets her personal opinion get in the way of making a bad atmosphere in their job. We all want a Honoka. This is also the first episode where Misaki struggles with her maid-job and give her an incentive to explore things outside of her wheelhouse. But what I love the most is Usui's quiet observation of Misaki, each episode the boy tries his best to further understand her and as a result further falls and inspired by her. Usui is actually interacting with supporting characters and is pretty funny guy despite being an aloof archetype character.
