Episode Context

This premiere opens the restart season and follows the events of Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku, moving from the aftermath of the earlier survival game into a newly assembled scenario with a largely new group of participants. Snow White is the thread back to that prior anime, while Pechka, Pfle, Shadow Gale, Magical Daisy, and the rest form the ensemble the season builds around. The episode establishes the virtual setting, the scattered alliances, and the unresolved question of why these magical girls were gathered, which drives the episodes that follow.
