A breath of warm air mid-season, 'Summer Daydream' leans fully into its title with a lighthearted, sun-soaked atmosphere that prioritizes charm over tension. Sisters Fuu and Rui Nonoyama get room to breathe here, expect playful magical girl idol moments wrapped in dreamy summer visuals courtesy of Studio Pierrot's vibrant style. The pacing is deliberately unhurried, trading action beats for quieter character warmth and humor. Themes of sisterhood and self-discovery take center stage without heavy drama pushing them forward. It's the kind of episode that rewards viewers who are already invested in the sisters' dynamic rather than those looking for plot momentum. Cozy, fun, and visually expressive, this one is about feeling the season more than advancing the story.
