Hmm... Azu's been really prickly on this ep. At first, I thought she was just, yk, being that way for the sake of it, but at the end we see a glimpse of something deeper. Something that's likely an underlying reason for the way she's been acting.I wish she could have been kinder at least though but well, teens will be teens, I suppose. That aside, I'm kinda liking the trope. It's typical, yeah, but I'm totally digging it XD I also like the potential pairing for Yuina and Azu, though obviously it wouldn't be explicitly canon given the company handling the anime notorious for its pandering and never confirming things LOL.

Following the compelling start from the previous episode, this one delivers a rather slow, dialogue heavy pace that offers deep insight into the narrative and the characters' distinctive personalities. Even though they still lean into somewhat typical tropes vibe, the actual progression and substance of the story manage to present a subtle, refreshing difference.

A lot of Azu's scenes in this episode were honestly a little frustrating to watch because of the way she acted towards Yuina and some of the others. Even so, it's cliche and she would eventually develop over time, so I'm interested to see what her story is and how she develops.
