The characters obsession with the jellyfish buns was absolutely hilarious. The pacing was excellent, and I really enjoyed how smoothly the story progressed.

It is a heart-shattering masterpiece. The episode quickly transformed into an intense dog fight. The pacing was accelerating like a F1 car. The animation is really fluid, and is paired with a tragic tone, which provided some unforgettable character development.

Episode Context

Positioned just before the season's midpoint, 'Axia Flash' follows the escalation triggered by the Aerial Knights' assault on Ragna and the destabilizing events of 'Uncontrolled on the Edge,' channeling that tension into deeply personal stakes for Messer and Kaname. It bridges the transition from character-focused development into the broader strategic consequences of the Windermere conflict, directly setting the stage for 'Jellyfish Reminiscence.' This is a pivotal hinge episode, what happens here emotionally and tactically will ripple through the back half of the series.
