Damn! This one is a genuinely crazy episode, what even was that unsettling feeling? There has to be a supernatural side to all of this. The ending scene is really creepy, as if the real "ones" are actually with them. Definitely one of the best episodes!
That was one crazy episode, and I have to say that Oshii really got the tone right. I might not completely get what the metaphor was, but the writing was certainly powerful. Maybe there’s a problem with Michael’s predicament, but you can’t argue with how great the production was
Still not an episode on Lupin vs Holmes but the story is very interesting. The story dips in to the world of occult, both the client and the target treasure are odd not to mention the the episode itself felt like being trapped inside the ability of Gold Experience Requiem 😅. Not only the soundtrack perfectly matches each scene, it also amplified the mood. I must say, the english word spoken in this episode sounded like it was spoken by native speaker
