The appearance of Holmes made me more anticipant of the story. It looks like there's something wrong with him and I'm wondering where his equally famous partner was. The end of the episode really piqued my interest. It's a strong start for this part and I'm glad that TMS Entertainment studio still retained the classic feel when I watched this episode.
Excellent setup for first ep. Already feels like there’s a lot going on in an incredibly positive sense, as though the narrative knows precisely how to reel you in once again. And the opening? Nostalgia right from the get go. It’s still cool, it’s still memorable, it’s still the same iconic song.
Damn! What an amazing start, it's so refreshing to watch Lupin the 3rd and his team in the new setting of England, with proper English aesthetics, along with the one and only G.O.A.T. Sherlock Holmes. This is going to be an amazing season I'm hooked!
