Episode Context

Coming off the lighter, ramen-focused comedy of the preceding episode, this entry pivots back toward intrigue and character-driven scheming, a reminder of what makes the Lupin-Fujiko dynamic so enduring. At episode 81 of 155, the series is firmly in its stride, cycling between tonal registers with confidence. This episode reinforces the interpersonal tension that carries through the back half of Part II, setting up continued exploration of loyalty, ambition, and the blurry line between ally and rival.
