Episode Context

Sitting at episode 12 of 155, this episode arrives early in Part II's long run, following the Monaco-set challenge of 'Who's Vroomin' Who?' and continuing a streak of globe-trotting, high-concept heists. 'The Sleight Before Christmas' keeps the pacing breezy and self-contained before the series shifts gears with 'I Left My Mind in San Francisco,' which pivots toward a more Zenigata-focused narrative. At this stage, Part II is firmly establishing its episodic identity, bold setups, distinct locations, and Lupin always at the center of the chaos.
